Clarity - the extent of what we have shared, developed, articulated and supported the long term directions, purpose, goals and culture.
Consistency - the extent we have converted the aspirational, guiding statements into supporting strategies and goals into projects and processes and then into actions, outcomes and behaviours.
Commitment - a measure of how well an organisation's people understand and support the Vision, Mission and Cultures, how committed employees are to the organisation and how committed the organisation is to its employees.
